Variety: 100% Verdejo
Vineyard: Trellising with an average density of 4,000 plants/ha.
Exhaustive ripening control oriented to the optimal
extraction of all the organoleptic virtues of the grapes
and to the maintenance of the vineyard’s health.
Altitude: 800 meters above sea level
Yield: 6000kg/ha. approximately
Climate: ConBnental influenced by the Mediterranean and the
Manchegan plateau. It is sunny and arid, with cold
winters with temperatures below 0oC and mild
summers.
The Production
Elaboration: Mechanical harvesBng is carried out at night so that
the grapes arrive at the winery at a temperature of no
more than 10oC. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at
controlled temperatures. The pressing is careful and at
low intensity.
The Personality
Appearance: Clean and fresh. Herbaceous notes join the fruity aromas, such as the hints of fennel typical of the
Verdejo grape.
Scent: Powerful on the nose and with a long aftertaste, it Is
an ideal wine to accompany seafood dishes and to be
enjoyed on its own.
Palate: An extremely fresh wine with a lively and lingering
floral persistence.
