Son of the purity of our land, it is produced with 100% Monastrell grapes, from vines with a yield of 1.500kg/ha. Aged in American and French-oak barrels for 4 months and subsequently refined on our bottle racks for 3 months.
Clean and bright on the palate. Complex and elegant with red fruit aromas, toasted notes and soft, ripe tannins.

The area
Area: P. D. O. Jumilla
Vintage: 2020
Variety: 100% Monastrell
Vineyard: Dryland vines planted in a stony limestone-brown soil,
very poor in organic matter with a density of 1,500 vines.
Altitude: 800 meters above sea level
Yield: 2,200kg/ha. approximately
Climate: Continental influenced by the Mediterranean and the
Manchegan plateau. It is sunny and arid, receiving 3000
hours of sunshine yearly and low rainfall (300 liters per
year). The average annual temperature is of 16ºC.
Winters are cold with temperatures below zero, and
Summers are very hot, reaching over 40ºC.
The Production
Elaboration: The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in 10,000 kg stainless steel tanks, where fermentation
and maceration take place for 15 days at a
temperature of 25ºC.
Ageing: In American oak barrels for 15 months, and further refining in our bottle racks for 6 months.
The Personality
Appearance: Medium-high cherry red with ruby tones on the rim.
Scent: The oak appears first with hints of vanilla, toasted
spices, and licorice, with a complex yet delicate
aroma.
Palate: Very clean, round on the palate, balanced, persistent
and easy to drink.
