Inspired by the fresh and calm breeze of the Mediterranean Sea, Éxodo Azul is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc, and a slight
thouch of fine grain Muscatel. It is harvested mechanically during the night to ensure the grapes arrive to the winery at a temperature
not higher than 10ºC.
Clean and bright with yellow tones. Intense aromas of grapefruit and lime mixed with soft floral scents in which the classical aromas of Muscatel stand out. Extremely fresh wine with a lively and lingering persistence of floral taste.

Vintage: 2023
Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with a light touch of fine-grain Muscatel.
Vineyard: Wire-trailed vines with an average density of 2500 vines
per hectare. Thorough maturity control meant for the
opImum extracIon of all organolepIc virtues of the
grapes and the maintenance of vineyard health.
Altitude: 800 meters above sea level
Yield: 2,200kg/ha. approximately
Climate: Continental influenced by the Mediterranean and the
Manchegan plateau. It is sunny and arid, receiving 3000
hours of sunshine yearly and low rainfall (300 liters per
year). The average annual temperature is of 16ºC.
Winters are cold with temperatures below zero, and
Summers are very hot, reaching over 40ºC.
The Production
Elaboration: Mechanical harvest carried out at night, to reach the winery with a temperature not exceeding 10ºC.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled
temperatures. Pressing is careful and at low intensity.
Fermented and macerated for 14 days.
The Personality
Appearance: Clean and shiny with yellow tones
Scent: Intense aromas predominated by citruses, grapefruit
and lime mixed with soY floral notes, in which the
characterisIc aromas of muscatel stand out.
Palate: Extremely fresh and vivid, with a lasIng floral
persistence.
